Mr Nadeem Ashraf

Lead Consultant Endoscopist

Mr Nadeem Ashraf is a General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with an interest in Colorectal Surgery practicing at Basildon University Hospital.

He is also the Clinical Lead for Endoscopy at Eastwood Endoscopy Centre in Southend.

He undertook surgical training in the West of Scotland and London and was awarded a doctorate in the molecular biology of cancer from the University of Glasgow.

He has developed his skills in the management of colorectal disease by completing Fellowships in Advanced Endoscopy at St Mark’s Hospital, London, in Colorectal Surgery at Auckland City Hospital and the ACPGBI/Ethicon Endosurgery Fellowship in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery at Colchester University Hospital.
