All our patients know our names and we wear badges to reflect the importance of creating a relaxed and friendly environment.

We have staff trained as Dignity Champions who promote dignity and respect for all within the Endoscopy Centre. We are here to listen and to respect your needs. Any concerns can be discussed freely with a member of staff.

We have wheelchair access and disabled access toilet facilities. We can make provisions for people who have hearing and sight difficulties.

Free Wi Fi, comfortable waiting room with television and cold water dispenser. Free parking on site and a payable car park within approximately 50 metres of the centre.

We can offer translation services via Google Translations or alternatively via an interpreter.
